VBC is a weekly bootcamp-style workout. Bring a yoga mat or towel and a water bottle. Some weeks we'll use stability balls and weights.
As always:
- To participate you must complete the waiver, be in good health and come with a positive attitude. Leave the grumpies at home or stay home!
